Not sure what you mean by "create the same structure". Once your filenames are parsed properly (or you convert to tags) you can use all the Browse By options as you wish. You can also use Browse Music Folder to see things exactly how they're laid out on disc. The CustomBrowse plugin also lets you tweak how the hierarchies work if you want to get really involved :)
