Does dbPoweramp create log files?  If not, you'll have absolutely no
idea when you're done which CDs were or were not accurately ripped.

If you have log files then I suppose you could have a script that goes
through your music folder, reads the logs and spits out a list of CDs
or individual files that have errors.

Like your question about album artwork, I've always found that the most
foolproof way of ensuring that it's done right is to do it carefully and
completely, one CD at a time.  Tearing through a very large CD
collection and then going back and filling in the blanks and correcting
the mistakes seems to be fairly common practice, but one that would
drive me crazy.  It could take months to fix and in the end not save
you any time or effort.
