Hi, perhaps a question already been answered somewhere, but I couldnt find that answer then by search/wiki-FAQ. My idea is as follows:
is it somehow possible have a programm scan my mp3-collection and act like the following: check freedb/discogs and the like if song exists - if song exists there and tag description in mp3 differs from existing one: prompt - if song exists there and tag description in mp3 is same: continue with next song - if song exists there and tag description in mp3 is empty: automatically fill tag - if song doesnt exist there and tag description in mp3 is empty: prompt Dont wanna do a general overwriting of tags as sometimes this leads to strange "ideas" what song/artist it is as I got a quite weird musical taste with alot of small/strange bands... Would be very cool if somebody could help me or give me a hint in the right direction. Or also at least I learn that my idea def. isnt possible so I can stop searching ,). Cheers!
