Yes, "CD Rot" is a well-known problem that affected discs made by PDO
(Philips Du Pont Optical) back in the 1980s and 1990s. The bronze
colour is a classic symptom. I had a few like this and they were
replaced by PDO.

I've just checked on the web for details of how to get replacements
from PDO, and it appears they closed that service down in 2006. So as
far as I can tell there seems to be no way simple way to get a
replacement. Perhaps you could contact the record label to see if they
can help.
