According to Music IP, I have 3108 artists. In SC, this is reduced to 1250. I know some of the 3108 are from compilation albums, but this does not account for so many missing artists.
Example: I have three albums from Jack Johnson. All show up in the Album view, but poor Jack is nowhere to be seen in the Artist view. If I click on one of the Albums, I get the dialog showing Jack Johnson as 'artist'. If I click on the artist name, I get the three albums listed against that artist. But still Jack is not in the 'artist' listing? Anyone any clue what's going on, or what I'm doing wrong?
