Hello, I ordered a Ripstation from Ripfactory UK several months ago, and was asked to pay upfront (May 23rd) and the shipment should take place immediately.
We have still not received any shipment nor any clear information on order status. When we try to get hold of the guys at Ripfactory UK we do not get replies on email nor by phone. Is this company just a scam? Anyone having any experience with ordering from them?
