building on the previous pist, the faster way I know to retrieve and save the actual track year to the track's metadata is to use MusicIP to analyse the tracks and then have it fix tags. With its Fix Tags preferences set to year only, it will present you with list of suggested changes, being the years for the tracks as captured in Musicbrainz.
