Ogg is gapless without any special effort, so there are two possible
things happening:

1) You're trying to play on multiple synchronized players.  That breaks
gapless for all formats, and the solution is don't do that until SC7.3.
2) You're using an encoding that's too resource-intensive on the
decoder.  If you're using native playback, that decoder isn't perfect
and doesn't have a hell of a lot of headroom, and at Q10 you're
definitely pushing it.  So either use server-side decoding, or a lower
Q level, and that should work.

Just like MP3, not all Ogg encoders are created equal.  I would
STRONGLY encourage you to check out the aoTuV series of Ogg encoders. 
They are called beta but in this case they're actually more solid than
the official versions, which I believe both MediaMonkey and Foobar
use.

FWIW with aoTuV encoders, Q5 is considered transparent for most samples
(i.e. it can't be distinguished from FLAC in a double-blind test).  I
use Q6 without problems.
