i've never understood why someone would want a box set to appear as one single album. i always set one album to equal one cd, regardless of anything else.
i can see where some people might want eg. "the white album" to appear as one album, but even before digital, i thought of it as TWO separate records, (& 4 sides), or two albums that come under the nomenclature of one album. i agree with the previous comment, albums like that were thought of as sides. yes, it may have been borne of a technical restraint of the medium, but that doesn't mean artists didn't embrace it, and mold their work to fit within it. -- MrSinatra www.LION-Radio.org Using: Squeezebox2 (primary) / SBR (secondary) / SBC - w/SC 7.3b - Win XP Pro SP3 - 3.2ghz / 2gig ram - D-Link DIR-655 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MrSinatra's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2336 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55045 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
