I have searched the forum and also attempted to create my own "action" in MP3Tag v2.42 but I simply do not know enough about MP3Tag to figure this one out. Your help and concise directions would be greatly appreciated.
I have about 1000 CDs ripped into FLAC, each CD is in it's own folder with the folder names = "Artist - Title (year)". All of the corresponding tracks are in the appropriate folder. I also have the corresponding cover image (cover.jpg) inside of each CD's folder. So, I have the FLACs, folders and cover images, but how do I tag the correct cover image onto each individual album and track in a batch or automatic process? I have tried the manual MP3Tag method; 1. I highlight all of the tracks for a CD 2. Then right click the "image" box in the left MP3Tag column 3. Select "Add Cover" 4. Select "cover.jpg" from the "open" dialog box for that CD 5. Click OK 6. Finally click the 'save' icon in the upper left corner It then proceeds to add the tags. This process is 100% accurate, but it will take me days to finish. How do I accomplish this via batch or automatically ensuring that the correct image is added to each album/track? I'm willing to do this the hard way but I don't want to spend the time if it is not necessary. Much thanks in advance for your help! I will most likly require fairly concise instructions. -- Jetlag Two SB3's and a Transporter, SC running on my ReadyNAS Pro What can I say, I'm a NAS Man! ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jetlag's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1012 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57949 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
