Select all the songs, right-click and in the context menu select Properties. In the dialog, press the Tools button. There's an "Auto Track Renumber" function there.
Alternatively, for more control and ability to create your own actions, install the MassTagger addon. Select the files, right-click and then in the context menu, go to Tagging > Manage Scripts. In this dialog, you can add actions, and then save the actions as a script for re-use later. It's much the same as Mp3Tag.
