Dont throw them away (yet)! If youre on Windows, you might want to try using 'grepWin' (http://tools.tortoisesvn.net/grepWin) to just correct the wrong drive letter in all the playlists and be happy again. If youre on Linux, you probably know all about grep, search & replace anyway.
