Been a while since I used EAC, but you just enter the artist and album data at the top of the screen, then for the tracks, selecting one and pressing F2 will edit the track, just like a file in Windows.
You would be better to fill in the bare minimum in EAC, then use a better tagger that can pull all the info from other sites including artwork.
