Help me to understand your problem... Are you expecting to get both all the tracks in FLAC, and a single file for the whole album? A typical format would be to have a given album in a directory. For example, if you have a "music" directory, you could have it organized like: "Music/Artist/Album/" and inside the "Album" directory would be the various tracks: 01FirstTrack.flc 02SecondTrack.flc and also typical would be the album art for that album stored as "cover.jpg" or "folder.jpg". Are you ending up with something completely different? There are settings within EAC, I believe, to organize the files similar to this (I believe this may be the "default" arrangement), except EAC won't get the cover art. I've either used mediamonkey, or manually gone to amazon.com to find the art for a particular album, and then save it into the album's directory. Anyway, it would help if you could be a little more clear on what you're actually ending up with versus what you were expecting.
