When I've had this problem, and it's not the album being split into two parts for the reasons discussed, it's been because I've had duplicate sets of files in the scanned folder. Usually the result of stupid and hurried file re-arranging. Check the path for the same track under the two separate listings, see if it's in the same place. I'm always surprised at how creative I can be in finding hiding spots for folders, when I'm on autopilot.
