Just as an aside, dbPoweramp has some easy-to-use and powerful features for dealing with these issues. Available in all the functions, including the CDRip function. It also allows ripping to two separate locations, which could be to different audio formats, or the same format on two different hard drives, or to otherwise different paths and naming systems.
I've always found this to be a superior, more user-friendly tool and still high-quality tool -- except when you really want to use the EAC features supporting extreme rip accuracy and/or recovery from damaged disks.
