SqueezeCenter does not support WMALossless on non-Windows systems. WMALossless needs to be transcoded to a format the SqueezeBox can understand (Flac be default). This transcoding uses the built in WMP decoders which are only available on windows.
Previously it would work, but was changed in 7.3 as part of the new streaming system which enabled gapless syncronisation and a lot of other improvments. My recomendation? use something else to rip and tag and don't use WMAL.
