Hi,

I have Edcast on one laptop streaming the output from stereomix in the
audio console, this streams to icecast2 on another pc.
Squeeze is running on the same machine as isecast2, I have a favourite
set so any of my squeezboxes can pick up the source stream, this allows
me to send any audio from the laptop over the squeezeboxes.

This works great as long as I select MP3Lame or OggVorbis in Edcast, I
would though prefer to use OggFLAC so its uncompressed but the
squeezeboxes refuse to play the stream, the error message 'not a vorbis
file' is displayed on the SB.

I realise there's a few steps here that could be breaking this but it
seems Squeeze is unhappy with the OggFLAC stream itself.
I've tried changing filetypes and I could change the behaviour of the
MP3Lame and OggVorbis streasm but nothing made OggFLAC work.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone had any suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
