Thanks too for that tip! I've just ripped a couple of musical DVDs to Flac with the trial version, and all went well.
A couple od oddities: first, no real tag info track-by-track (though I put it in easily and quickly with MP3Tag); second, very few adjustable setting, and my recorded signal volume is very much on the low side (though not drastically so).
