Trying to set up Robin Bowes FLAC2MP3 tool to convert my FLAC library to
MP3 to use on Ipod.

Am using latest version (I think) flac2mp3-0.3.0rc3.zip

Running under Windows XP

When I try running it I get the following error:

Your vendor has not defined Fcntl macro F_SETFL, used at
C:/flac2mp3/flac2mp3-0.3.0rc3/lib/Proc/ParallelLoop.pm line 409

Guessing this is just a set up problem..... but I re-installed /
downloaded the latest various pre-requisites (PERL,FLAC,LAME) but still
get the same error.

Can anyone suggest what I have done wrong....? Thanks!
