Just came across this music manager for Windows last week and first impressions are good. Has many of the same features as MediaMonkey, e.g. sync to iPod Touch/iPhone (not tried that yet) and can transcode on the fly.
I'm mainly using it for adding lyrics to my files. It's the best software, on Windows, that I've found for this.
