windows itself corrupts tags.

i use EAC as well to rip, i always use fast mode, and find if i don't
get an accuraterip, secure only fixes it sometimes, (and burst can fix
it too oddly), but i keep WMP open and monitoring my rip folder to get
the extra tag info/artwork, (i set it to only add missing info).

that however, doesn't work for FLAC, so i need a way to get the extra
tag info for FLAC.  haven't figured that one out yet.
