I don't know if you can in the file view (columns), but it's very simple if you use an Action. You can either create a saved Action group if you'll be performing the operation more than once, or else use a Quick Action (the two 'Aa' buttons, the one the left for Quick Actions).
You'll want to do a 'Format value' action. Specify the target field first and then the source field surrounded by % marks.
