MusicIP is still supported in the sense that it still works, even though the company that developed it was bought out. It's the best I've found for playlist creation, and works great with Squeezeboxes. Some people find it a hassle to set up, and it can take forever to analyze your library, but I think it's worth it. YMMV. Depending on your preferences, Spicefly Sugarcube can be a great adjunct to MusicIP.
Some people like the iTunes "Genius" playlists, but I've never tried them myself. AFAIK the Genius playlists must be manually exported to m3u files and then loaded onto SBS, unlike MusicIP which interacts seamlessly with SBS. -- aubuti ------------------------------------------------------------------------ aubuti's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2074 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=82477 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
