What FLAC encoder and compression level are you using ? Did you change
about the time that the tracks started to become unanalyzable ?
Have you tried dbPoweramp and re-encoded at a different FLAC
compression level ?
Have you used the MIP PowerTool/Validate Audio... to see if the FLAC
track is OK ?
My library is 100k+ tracks and the unanalyzable tracks are all shorter
than 10 seconds and the thirty odd 'Recognized by name only' are MP3s.
I've never had a problem with a valid FLAC file, the FLAC files that
couldn't be analyzed were silent or no audio when validate audio was
run.
