I agree with the previous post: Burrrn is still best tool, even though it hasn't been updated since 2005. But Burrrn is for windows. There doesn't seem to be an OS X equivalent...which is strange, since Burrrn is simply a GUI front end for open-source command-line tools like cdrdao, flac, lame, etc. In fact, all Burrrn really does is to construct a TOC file from the track list you enter into the GUI and then pass that off to cdrdao, which does the heavy lifting of actually burning the audio disc.
