I installed Bliss and found out that it has a limited number of fixes to your music collection before you have to buy additional fixes which can range anywhere from 10 - 30 UK pounds. Quite expensive to organize artwork which is freely available on the net. I downloaded a program called Easy CD-DA extractor which allows you to convert music into a variety of formats, and will download album art from popular music sites such as Amazon.
