if you ripped a bunch of unknown albums and they are all lumped together in a single directory, it's too late. I'd rerip at that point. and you can see in the ripping log of the VBA while it is ripping whether it is assigning an "unknown" or not. Go to the webGUI of the VBA (NOT the webGUI of LMS running on the VBA). One of the icons on the VBA home page is the ripping page.
