It sounds as if the files do not have any information in the ALBUM tag. Use a tag editor to put the correct album title in the album tag. If you are on Windows then mp3tag is a good tagger (it also does FLAC). On *nix puddletag is a good tagger. I don't know what people recommend on OSX.
After you have updated the files' tags, you should rescan your library in Logietch Media Server to pick up the changes.
