Thanks guys for the help, appreciate it. Looked on the NAS Web GUI, folder properties where my music is stored, for most folders it shows tick boxes for the following Owner - Read/Write/Execute Group - Read/Write/Execute Public - Read/Write/Execute the 2 folders I want to copy/write to did not have the following ticked Group - /Write/ Public - /Write/ Ticked the boxes and saved and I was able to add the MP3 tracks, I then tried to apply all boxes ticked on the music folder, it timed out as it holds worth of music but I then tested by adding a full album to this folder and it let me. I now have a weirder problem, when I look at the music folder on the NAS through mapped drive, windows explorer on my netbook, the album folders show nothing in them but they are there when looking at them in Tag&Rename, I am logged in as Administrator. Will do a timed rescan for new music on Squeezebox tonight to see if the new MP3's show up on iPengHD
