In simple terms read all tags from all files into a DB then allow the
user to interact with that DB e.g. browse artist, albumartist,
performer, composer, genre etc. so they can visually see what's going on
across their collection and make on the fly changes that can later be
written back to the underlying files. Also, enable entries to seed a
masterlist for artist, albumartist, performer, composer, genre etc. so
that only exceptions need be browsed and a replacement suggested based
on a soundex algorithm. When the user is happy the DB contents gets
written back to the underlying files.
