1. Do a "Full" installation of 'foobar2000' (http://www.foobar2000.org/download) and its "'Encoder Pack' (http://www.foobar2000.org/encoderpack)" 2. Open foobar2000 "File" > "Preferences" - "Components" and drop the "'SoX Resampler' (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=67373)" installation zip file on the open window; restart when prompted 3. Open foobar2000 "File" > "Preferences" - "Components" and drop the "'Super Audio CD Decoder' (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sacddecoder/)" installation zip file on the open window; restart when prompted 4. Drag your DFF files to foobar2000 main window 5. Configure your file conversion: - select all music files in foobar2000 - right-click and select "Convert" > "..." - "Output Format": Format: FLAC, level 5. Dither (always), output 24-bit - "Destination": Output folder: source file folder. Output type: tracks into individual files. File name pattern: %filename% - "Processing": Resampler (SoX): configure Resampler for 176400 or 88200 "Target Sample Rate" - "Other": When finished: ReplayGain-scan output files as albums * IMPORTANT - Save this configuration as "DFF To PCM" preset so you can easily use it again - Press "Convert" -- YOUR FLAC FILES WILL BE IN THE SAME FOLDER AS THE ORIGINAL DFFs Now, you have to tag your FLAC files: drag them to foobar2000, select all, and right-click to "Tagging" > "Get tags from freedb".
