Or just download it from the Mp3tag web site, here:

With the Vortexbox, can't you simply browse to the folder in Windows
Explorer, right-click and select Mp3tag from the Explorer context menu?
(You have to install the Explorer extension during the Mp3tag setup. If
you did not, just run the installer again.)

With Mp3tag, particularly if your library is large, you only rarely want
to load the entire music folder. Mostly, you'll be working one album at
a time. Using Explorer to launch Mp3tag via the context menu tends to be
the fastest way to work with multiple albums. No need to shut down
Mp3tag each time. Just keep an Explorer window open and work your way
through. If you organize your library in an artist/album/track manner,
then you can also easily load all of a single artist's albums.

In most cases, running a 'new & changed' scan will pick up changes if
you allow Mp3tag to change the timestamp on files (this is the default
setting). This is particularly true with LMS 7.8.3, which has fixed some
new & changed scanning issues. Can Vortexbox run 7.8.3?
