I run a custom-convert.conf for room equalization, and full
understanding of the inner workings of LMS is always interesting.

If I may ask a question (slightly OT, apologies):

What was the rationale of choosing such order? I would expect that in a
modern device, all lossless compressed formats would come first, then
lossless uncompressed, and finally lossy formats.
