Sounds like you have a corrupt disc, either in the download or in the burning.
Most CD burning programs have the ability to verify the integrity of each by
means of an MD5 checksum. The checksum for the Broadcast Appliance ISO can be
found at:
http://www.paravelsystems.com/appliance/broadcast_appliance-CD-1.0.0-x86_64.iso.md5
