That in itself is not the problem. You really didn't change anything. The file /etc/apache2/conf.d/rd-bin.conf has a line: ScriptAlias /rd-bin/ "/usr/lib/cgi-bin/rivendell/" that tells where some scripts are. The old one pointed to a different place. So, check that line, see where it points, then check to see what files are there.
