At first I was thinking a id3-tag related problem... So my first guess was trying to import a plain wav file. If even wav file gave you errors.. it may be a permission problem. - Check ownership and chmod of /var/snd (be the same of rd.conf, that user should be in audio group etc) - Be sure Apache/httpd daemon is properly config.
