Hello there! I'm from Brazil, and our Portuguese language is full of diacritics (á, à, é, ã, ç and so on)
Tring to get rlm_icecast2.rlm or rlm_filewrite.rlm to work is being a pain, onde it gets any brazilian song whose title has one diacritic rdairplay crashes and exits.
