It ripped and assigned all 13 tracks to sequential carts with no problems. Are you sure you do not have conflicting cart group number assignments? In our case, I moved the MUSIC cart assignment to 100001 to 499999 with nothing behind that in case of the unlikely need for expansion. Before reinstalling, I would try moving the MUSIC group assignment to other numbers and see what happens.
