Hi,

I’ve not had experience of the ASUS VT207N, but I have got a Viewsonic 22”
screen in use with the Rivendell Broadcast Appliance (Centos 6). This was
totally plug and play and just worked out of the box. As soon as we connected
the USB from the screen to the PC it started working and didn’t even need to be
calibrated. We were even able to change screen resolutions and it still worked
without the need for recalibration. In the end we went for a screen resolution
that worked best for Airplay and allowed it to fill most of the screen
vertically.

I would guess that if the ASUS is a similar type of screen that it will also
work fine out of the box.

Andy
