Hi,
I seem to be unable to register for an account on the wiki [1]. Clicking
'Request account' returns the following error:
Error sending mail:
Failed to connect to caspian.paravelsystems.com:25 [SMTP: Failed to
connect socket: Permission denied (code: -1, response: )]
Further the Terms of Service that users must agree to is a red link that
does not link to any terms of service.
