Thanks for your help!  The issue was the metadata that was in the WAV audio 
file.  The audio file was copied from what was being used in another playout 
system (BSI Simian).  On my Mac, I have a free program called “Tag Stripper” 
from markvapps.com <http://markvapps.com/>.  I ran the audio file in that 
program (which strips out all the metadata) and after that the file imported 
correctly into the RDLibrary.
