Michael, I've never tried one, but if it is showing up as a standard USB serial port and in /dev/tty?? then it should work. It'll also need to be set up in the rdadmin --> Manage hosts --> Serial ports
It also depends on what you're trying to do with it, but from what I can see it looks like it should work.
