When the log goes blank, it shows what has played, but everything coming up disappears. I suppose it might relate to refreshing the log. We have checked "Enable AutoRefresh By Default" under "Edit Service" so that when we are importing voicetracks for the day they will be ready to play. Maybe this is causing an occasional problem.
