Hi Gregg,I don't know whether you have much experience with JIRA, but JIRA supports rich text formatting (kind of Wiki style) that allows you to make issue reports a bit more readable.
With the formatting options such as {noformat}text{noformat} you can display your stacktraces, etc. in a readable way. Have a look at http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=advanced if you want to make use of it.
