Hi, There's been some recent concern about the status of River and the 2.1.1-incubating release that was approved already in January. Unfortunately we never put the release up on the download page on the web site or officially announced it on the mailing lists.
I just updated the download page on the web site, and I'd suggest that we send out an [ANNOUNCE] message that announces the availability of the release. BR, Jukka Zitting
