Not with Rivet but with Aolserver I wrote a quick integration. The FCKEditor documentation is really well done, so you can breeze through it in about 1-2 hours max. The majority of your time will probably be spent in customizing which buttons you want to appear and reading about FCKEditor. I didn't integrate the file upload facility.
