I'm sorry, along with the new xml documents I've mistakenly committed also a rivet-full.xml which is exactly the rivet.xml file before the reorganization. This was clearly unnecessary as we may recover it from svn, but if someone can help me checking the consistency of the manual I will remove it lightheartedly
David, The only simple way I found to have the examples listed in the toc was to put the <example> elements within new sections nested in the 'examples' section.
