On a side note: the 2_0_0 notation is probably a CVS legacy (you
couldn't put dots in a tag name). SVN does not have that
limitation. And there already is a tags directory for Rivet, as the
default SVN directory layout has been applied:

  http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tcl/rivet/branches
  http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tcl/rivet/tags
  http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tcl/rivet/trunk

For easier reading I'd therefore suggest the tag

  http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tcl/rivet/tags/2.0.0
