this artifact includes the latest bug fix (#54162). There's only a single bug open on buzilla for the time being (#53895 "?> should only be interpreted as ENDTAG after a command terminator") which require more than a discussion and probably should be tagged WONTFIX as it would probably break code compatibility.
I will allow a few days for anyone wanting to test it and then I will ask to vote for releasing it as Rivet 2.1.1
